About Zubair Feeds
At the heart of Pakistan’s agricultural transformation stands the legacy of Dr Muhammad Sadiq, a visionary pioneer who, in the mid-1970s, reimagined poultry farming in a country where it was largely informal and traditional. With a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Dr Sadiq embarked on a mission to introduce modern, science-driven practices, laying the foundation for a robust, sustainable poultry industry.
From humble beginnings with a small broiler farm in 1975, he built a vertically integrated system encompassing broiler and layer farms, hatcheries, feed mills, and breeder farms. His focus on quality, biosecurity, and scientific management not only produced healthier birds and high-quality protein but also inspired generations of farmers and set new industry standards across Pakistan.
In 2004, the enterprise was formally incorporated as Sadiq Poultry (Private) Limited, marking a shift from family-run operations to a corporate-level agribusiness capable of nationwide growth and international recognition. Over decades, the organization grew into a diversified enterprise, supporting thousands of employees, hundreds of thousands of farming families, and contributing meaningfully to Pakistan’s food security.
Following Dr Sadiq’s passing in 2021, Mr Zubair Asif Sadiq assumed leadership, transforming the organization into the Zubair Group. Guided by the founder’s values of integrity, scientific excellence, and community impact, the Group has expanded into agribusiness — including poultry feed production, hatcheries, fertilizers, packaging, and other diversified ventures — while embracing innovation, sustainability, and responsible growth.
Today, the Zubair Group stands as a symbol of resilience, purpose, and forward-looking leadership. Rooted in a proud legacy, we continue to strengthen food security, empower farming communities, and deliver safe, high-quality products, all while building a future-ready enterprise that balances heritage with innovation.
